Located on the north bank of the River Clyde in Glasgow you will find the distinctive Radisson Red, a ten-storey boutique hotel and rooftop terrace bar boasting 176 bedrooms, a fitness suite and several event studios. For the Radisson Red’s first new build in Europe, there was a huge focus on the design and ensuring it met the brand’s standards perfectly.
Procladd Scotland carefully installed 3,500m2 of Aluminium Rainscreen Cladding, which embellished the building in a distinguishing iridescent Red Brass panelling, coupled with colour shifting properties creating changes to the shade with the reflection and refraction of light. Great attention to detail was given as we carefully matched accessories and fixings to the panelling to achieve the perfect aesthetic to suit this high performing and robust system.
Our project management was of the upmost importance throughout this project with considered planning and communication to deliver the end feature to our pleased client.
